I had the joy of meeting this adorable new 5 day old this morning. He was perfect! Slept the entire session through many pose changes. In fact it was a home of sleepers! Mom, dad, and grandma all took a little rest while I got to cuddle and play with Connor while taking lots of photos. It is so nice when I can help a little while I’m doing a session. Sometimes it’s nice for new mom’s to have a mini-break. Elyssa and Ryan enjoy your first born. He is lovely! Thank you for sharing him with me this morning.

I had the joy of spending my Sunday morning meeting this beautiful new baby and his mom and dad. He is a very sweet, mellow little boy for his parents and was a dream for me as well. I love it when a session becomes a family affair. Everyone sat around and watched as I took photos and enjoyed being in them as well. Mandy and Kyle, thank you for inviting me into your home. I could feel the love and excitement that comes with having a newborn. Thank you for letting me a part of it!

I spent yesterday morning with sweet Nathan. At 6 weeks old he really isn’t a newborn anymore when it comes to photography. His mom and I were nervous to see if we’d get any peaceful, newborn sleep images. Nathan more than cooperated the entire session! He gave us smiles, held his head high, and even slept through a few sleep poses. I don’t think he cried once. He almost giggled during his diaper changes he liked them so much! Catherine and Derek you have a happy little boy. Thank you for inviting me into your home to take photos. I look forward to seeing you both again and watching Nathan grow this year!
